We are looking for Scrum Master/Agile Coach for our astute client. Based in Sydney, it is a 6 to 12 months role with highly likelihood of extension. Must have Australian working rights to apply.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Expertise on Scrum processes and Agile techniques.
Tracks sprint progress and identifies any divergence from allocated tasks.
Understand the product planning lifecycle and effectively manages the product backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner.
Ensure daily, weekly and monthly rituals are run effectively, efficiently and regularly.
Proactively (and reactively) identify and clear organisational roadblocks and external interferences that may distract with the development and/or cross functional scrum team members.
Coach and guide scrum teams to become self organised and cross functional.
Coach and support teams of development and cross functional specialists to ensure that outcomes are effectively communicated to the product owners, establishing the basis for future practice.
Support and work collaboratively with Product Owners, Technical Delivery Manager and the stakeholder community to promote and understand department’s Agile practices, rules and values.
What you'll bring:
Extensive experience working with Scrum/Kanban.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Comprehensive understanding of Agile project management methodologies.
Extensive experience in the process re-engineering and in leading business transformation.
