To continue their growth they are looking for a passionate Business Development and Sales Manager to take on a strategic role which blends technical acumen with commercial leadership.
This would be ideal for someone who thrives on building markets, expanding geographies, and delivering real solutions in a rapidly evolving market.
Long term you will be encouraged to expand the sales team across both domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, generate, and convert opportunities across utilities, electrical contractors, and infrastructure providers
Research and develop new business in renewables, EV infrastructure, and emerging energy technologies
Expand market presence across Australia, New Zealand, and targeted international regions
Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver fit-for-purpose technical solutions
Mentor junior team members and grow their internal sales capability
