Program Delivery Director

Location: Sydney
Contract: 9 Months

We are seeking an experienced Program/Project Manager to lead the transition to a new delivery model for a complex, high-profile project. The role involves managing workforce transitions, cross-functional team integration, and ensuring successful delivery within a fixed timeline.
Key focus areas include stakeholder engagement, program planning, onboarding, recruitment, HR, payroll processes, and system transitions.

Highly desired: Experience with SAP, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, and workforce management systems.
