Position Purpose:
The PeopleSoft Developer works within an agile team that delivers solutions using modern supported
technologies and is responsible for providing technical support in the design, development, testing, and deployment
of PeopleSoft applications.

What you require?
1. Design, build, unit test and document PeopleSoft processes, functions, records and integrations to support
application provisioning and meet agreed business requirements.
2. Support the establishment of environments to facilitate development and end-to-end integrated testing.
3. Support establishment of migration/deployment processes to meet technical business needs.
4. Analyse new development or enhancement requests by testing the current system functionality and system
capabilities to determine if the requested functionality is needed or is possible.
5. Analyse data to identify unique key data integrity issues during data conversion phase at the time of multiple
database consolidation to a single database.
6. Participate in requirements gathering and develop functional and technical specifications with test cases, test
plans and test scenarios.
7. Provide technical application and overall support to business, quality assurance and end-user support as
required.
8. Coordinate with senior systems analysts to determine appropriate course of action in problem resolution,
including the accurate assessment of identified issues to determine whether a technical or functional cause
and/or resolution.
9. Coordinate with the PeopleSoft functional analysts and end users to design and develop appropriate system
modifications and technical solutions to identified system issues and document system modifications, fixes
and enhancements to PeopleSoft applications as needed.
10. Place the customer at the centre of all decision making.
11. Work with the Line Manager to develop and review meaningful performance management and development
plans.

Essential requirements:
1. Degree qualification in related field or equivalent significant industry experience.
2. Hands on expert on AWE, IB, PeopleCode, SQR, cross product/platform web services integration
3. PeopleSoft Campus, workflow and fluid experience
4. Ability to address and meet focus capabilities as stated in the Position Description.
5. Preferable candidate needs experience in developing from scratch/new implementation rather than reapplying customs for upgrades
