Overview

We are looking for experienced .NET Developers to work on major ICT projects that modernise large, business‑critical systems. You will help improve existing code, build new features, and support ongoing system enhancements as part of a collaborative delivery team.

Key Responsibilities

As a .NET Developer, you will:
  • Take part in the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) for enterprise applications built using C# and .NET
  • Enhance and uplift existing code following established technical standards
  • Design, build, test, and document scalable n‑tier applications
  • Develop automated build and deployment pipelines using .NET Core and Microsoft technologies
  • Work in an Agile environment using Scaled Agile (SAFe) practices and tools such as Azure DevOps
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver features and fix defects
  • Analyse complex technical issues and contribute to solution design across multiple systems
  • Share knowledge, reusable code, and development practices with the wider developer community
  • Follow legislation, policies, and best‑practice standards when making technical decisions
  • Support delivery activities as required by team leadership
  
Skills and Experience Required

You will need:
  • Strong experience working in Agile SDLC environments, including technical documentation
  • Full‑stack development experience using Microsoft technologies
  • Hands‑on experience with .NET Core, Azure DevOps, and automated build/deployment pipelines
  • Experience developing cloud‑based applications in Microsoft Azure
  • Ability to write clean, well‑designed, testable, and documented code
  • Experience conducting peer code reviews
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and deliver quality outcomes within budget
  • Strong communication skills and experience working with distributed teams
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to suggest and support process improvements
  • High personal integrity and ability to work within legislative and policy frameworks
  • Proficiency with tools such as Visual Studio, Microsoft Office, Azure DevOps, and collaboration tools like Miro
  
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
  • Tertiary qualification or recognised certification in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Experience developing full‑stack web applications (e.g., Blazor)
  • Experience building CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or similar tools
  • Ability to quickly learn and work within regulatory environments
