Role Description A successful candidate for this role has prior experience as a System Administrator, assisting end-users with the configuration and management of the organisation’s computing services and infrastructure. This role provides support to a variety of services including but not limited to Office 365 Solutions, Windows Administration and completion of level 3 tasks.
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in completing level 3 tasks
Migrate, Integrate, Configure and manage Windows Server infrastructure (i.e. Domain, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Windows Server, Database, Antivirus Server & Clients, Files Server, Print Server, Backup Server)
Application software installation and deployment
Network troubleshooting
Help Desk Support / and Computer Operations
Documentation of tasks/ technical writing
Managing and responding to tickets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
