Systems Security Engineer

My client has a ‘cool product’ and I'm not afraid to back that up.
This is a product with uses across the Military, Defense and Sporting industries currently but as it grows will infiltrate more industries giving you a mass of exposure and allowing you to expand your own knowledge.
This will be the first specific Cyber Security hire within the business and will be the focus point of DevSecOps meaning you will utilise the security knowledge of the Dev team and put process in place, implementing a solid practise within the business
Strong Cyber Security knowledge across Audits, Vulnerability and Incidents is required along with a solid understanding of how to implement a DevSecOps strategy across the team
Communication is key and the confidence to present your plans to the highest level of the business
5 years Security experience would be ideal, and at least 2 years specifically focused on DevSecOps is required
My client would also be keen to see candidates with Development experience and ideally some AWS certifications
