About the Role
The Senior Product Owner works with the teams, partners, and vendors which deliver IT services across the environment. 

Areas of accountability, and/or responsibility, include core network services and datacentre strategy, roadmap, finance and billing, risk management, communications, stakeholder management, and delivery oversight.
 
Key Responsibilities
 
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of the Networks Strategy 
  • Provide leadership and direction to the Network Product team,  Network Architecture team and Delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes of the portfolio
  • Liaise with and provide direction to internal stakeholders to deliver solutions (networks, hosting, storage & data protection, security architecture, project management, operations, finance, risk)
  • Identify and invest in services that align with strategy business objectives, that include but are not limited to improving delivery speed, reliability functionality and cost of IT.
  • Liaise with and provide direction to our outsourced partner to deliver solutions (and other partners as required
  • Develop the strategic plan for core network infrastructure 
About You
  • 8 Years plus experience in the IT industry as a whole especially in technology lead roles
  • Extensive experience in data centre core network ownership and planning
  • Experience working in the retail/banking domains would be preferred
  • Experience managing software/systems contracts & commercials 
  • Experience in developing Strategy and Roadmap
  • Experience in establishing and maintaining budgets and chargeback models
  • Experience in delivering large enterprise programs of work
