Role Description The successful applicant will have prior experience as an Information Security Specialist and will create and lead the implementation of internal security-related strategies, policies, programs and projects, and will provide frequent security awareness and education to all staff.
Management of ISO 27001 policy, certification & Audit work
Review and develop information security policies, procedures, and guidelines
Development and improvement of information security risk assessments and reviews
Maintains the information security risk register and assists with internal and external audits relating to information security
Technical leadership on information security issues, systems, processes, products, and services
Requirements
Certifications in Information Technology & other relevant certifications
Demonstrated experience in information security and the NIST Cyber Security Framework
Past experience with implementation of ISO27001 and information security standards
Technical expertise in the use of information security technologies and tools
Experience in developing and maintaining key relationships
Manage and report Cyber Security activities including Post Incident Reviews (PIR)
Identifying vulnerabilities in our current network and implementing an appropriate and relevant course of action.
