We are seeking a skilled and experienced Contract Software Development Engineer in Test to join our client's team in Brisbane.
As a Contract SDET Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Selenium automation, along with proficiency in both C# and Java programming languages.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement automated test scripts using Selenium for web application testing.
Collaborate with development and QA teams to design and execute comprehensive test plans.
Debug and troubleshoot software defects and issues, providing detailed reports to development teams.
Participate in the design and implementation of test automation frameworks.
Contribute to continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
Stay abreast of industry best practices and incorporate them into testing processes.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an SDET or in a similar role.
Strong proficiency in Selenium for web application testing.
Solid programming skills in both C# and Java.
Experience with test automation frameworks and tools.
Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools.
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
