Role Description
The successful applicant will have prior experience as a Scrum Master leading teams of varying levels of Agile process maturity. Be able to direct, manage, lead teams and work directly with stakeholders to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget.
  • Support teams to develop and implement sustainable methods for Backlog Refinement and work breakdown, Incremental planning and delivery, and continuous process improvement
  • Act as an engaging facilitator, bringing out the best in team members of varying levels of Agile experience
  • Enable teams to visualize their process, work in progress, and impediments to delivery
  • Collaborate with a community of Scrum Masters and Agile coaches across the organisation to identify and nurture best practices across teams and product lines
  
Requirements
  • Certification as a Scrum Master & other relevant certifications
  • Demonstrated understanding of Agile development and scaling frameworks, with a preference for Scrum experience
  • Experience coaching and facilitating remote, on-site and mixed teams
  • Prior experience in Change Management & Continuous Improvement process models (desirable)
