Our client is looking to find a Release manager with extensive experience in production releases for SailPoint, CyberArk and other security/IAM tools and technologies as required. Immediate focus will be on SailPoint.
Job Description
This role exists to ensure that all release processes are followed end to end for getting development and changes into production. The release manager will be liaising with infrastructure, middleware, security and stakeholder teams during the course of the release and prior to the release.
Hours of operation will depend on the team members’ ability to execute, plan, and follow up the delivery of that release from UAT into production, until completed.
The current release cycle is 3 weeks and commences at 14:00 on Friday afternoon, with the majority of the work completed within 6 hours. BVT is then completed that night or the next morning.
Expectation of experience
- Previous experience of large-scale releases
- Problem solving
- Experience in technical delivery and not just following a timeline
- Time management
- Stakeholder management
- Customer experience
- Attention to detail
- Working under pressure and tight timelines
- Evening and weekend work is required, unless we can plan this for alternative times.
Required: Experience in IAM related technologies including #SailPoint, #CyberArk, #Azure SSO.
Highly desirable: #Azure PIM, #PKI, #Development, #DevOps.
