Job Description: Project Manager (PM) - Statewide Healthcare Technology Implementation
Location: Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days work-from-home)
Start Date: ASAP (Urgent requirement)

My client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a large-scale implementation of an enterprise healthcare technology solution. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in managing large-scale enterprise projects, particularly in healthcare technology. The successful candidate will be client-facing, working closely with executives, internal technical PMs, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation of a complex healthcare technology solution across the organization, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals.
  • Manage multiple workstreams, coordinating between 3-4 executives, the Digital Health Office, technical PMs, and 2-3 teams from the department.
  • Serve as the primary client liaison, managing high-pressure situations and ensuring clear, effective communication with all stakeholders.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring milestones are met and risks are managed.
  • Provide leadership and direction in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Balance in-office collaboration (3 days a week) with remote work (2 days a week) as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience managing large-scale enterprise projects, preferably within the healthcare technology sector.
  • Proven ability to deliver complex programs in a high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong client-facing experience, with the ability to manage executive-level relationships and drive stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage diverse internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience managing large projects with extended timelines (2 years or more).

Preferred Skills:
  • Background in healthcare technology implementation or related fields.
  • Familiarity with enterprise-level systems and statewide programs.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced PM to take ownership of a major healthcare project and drive its successful implementation.
