Our Sydney based client is looking for a Project Engineer with strong experience in Network Design, Cisco routing, switching and security, Data Centre technologies, SD-WAN, Network protocols including BGP, OSPF etc. and programming languages-Ansible, Python.

Description:

Technical Skills:
  • In-depth knowledge of data center networking technologies, including TCP/IP, routing, switching, and network security.
  • Experience with designing, implementing, and managing data center networks.
  • Strong understanding of network protocols and standards, including IPv4, IPv6, BGP, OSPF, and MPLS
  • Familiarity with data center infrastructure, including servers, storage, and virtualization technologies.
  • Experience with network management tools and software, 
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
    • Experience with Infoblox DNS/DHCP/IPAM solutions.
    • Familiarity with Cisco Nexus switches and ACI (Application Centric Infrastructure)
    • Understanding of network automation and programmability using tools like Ansible, Python, and REST APIs.
Desirable skills
  • Cisco SD WAN
  • FTD and ASA Firewalls
  • Packet Capture Analysis Tools
