Our Sydney based client is looking for an experienced Kronos Functional Consultant specialising in Kronos system implementation, set up and configuration, also having experience with Kronos T&A in WFC.

What You'll Do

In this role you will assist in the delivery of business support across the Kronos application. Your key focus will be promoting Kronos knowledge across our client's key business stakeholder group, Team members in line with the organisation's people processes and governance. It'll see you partnering with Project Delivery teams, Service Delivery teams and IT to operate and maintain our client's integrated Time & Attendance solution including investigating and defining business needs, facilitating the delivery of system updates and improvements while working closely with the Optimisation and DevOps teams to maintain consistency in application changes.
  • Participate in delivering Kronos configuration updates in line with defined governance and process.
  • Support the Business with identifying updates required, driving case management. Conduct application testing (new releases, functionality, and customising) in close co-operation with the development and testing teams.
  • Development and delivery of robust testing plans for all work delivered. Conduct application testing (new releases, functionality, and customising) in close co-operation with the development and testing teams.
  • Engage with stakeholders, facilitate and develop communications and trainings plans for Service Delivery and the Business as they relate to key cycles and processes. Maintain and update documentation associated with any system enhancements including workbooks and testing scripts.
  • Assist the Project Manager/Scrum Master with scope, issue, and risk management. Assist in identifying the process and change impacts from the selected solution designs.
  • Support transition of newly delivered solutions to operational support. Provide Level 2/3 production support appropriate to application.
What You'll Bring
  • The ideal candidate should have demonstrable experience in Kronos Time & Attendance in WFC and/or UKG Pro (be able to demonstrate successful and proven results through Kronos implementations, configuration, support and projects)
  • Strong experience in solution design with the ability to build solutions that are easily supportable and meet business needs.
  • Preferably some experience with Forecasting and Scheduling, but not mandatory
  • Ability to manage a team of permanent and contract functional resources and ensure the timely and quality delivery of solutions through that team.
  • Knowledge of end-to-end development processes and methodologies.
