Digital Operations Lead

Our NSW State Government client is looking for a Digital Operations Lead to coordinate and lead the Incident management and production support activities relating to their Digital Assets.
The ideal candidate will have:
• Proven track record of influencing and managing a large-scale software operations functions – minimum 10 years’ experience managing a production support team
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in vendor managed services
• Experience in production support of large-scale Digital platforms.
• Strong experience in workforce planning and commercial management.
• Engaging and Working with senior IT management to create and implement operational change by initiating and improving quality of services, processes and tools in a technology organisation.
• Experience in dealing with managing IT industry vendors, particularly positive influencing for mutually beneficial relationship outcomes
Desired requirements:
• Experience in managing budgets and forecasting
• Experience in Digital platforms and integrations
