We are seeking a dynamic and experienced SAP Finance Data Migration Specialist for one of our esteemed clients.
Key Requirements:
- SAP S/4HANA FICO (Finance) functional expertise with proven experience in planning, executing, and reconciling data migration from a classical GL and PCA to an S/4HANA target system.
- Excellent knowledge of S/4HANA FICO table structures and their differences from ECC.
- Hands-on experience with Selective Data Transition or near-zero downtime methodologies in migration projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively address data migration challenges.
- Ability to work with large datasets and ensure data quality and integrity throughout the migration process.
- Proficiency in advanced spreadsheet functions for data analysis, validation, and reconciliation.
- Experience collaborating with business users and functional teams to gather requirements, map data, and validate migration results.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to engage effectively across different levels of the organization.
- Strong documentation skills with the ability to document migration activities and train team members as needed.
