ABOUT THE ROLE
Manage consumer & shopper research continuous tracking projects, including issue identification, briefing the agency, results facilitation and embedding insights into strategy.
Competitor activity tracking
Transform data and information into insights and stories that help guide business decision making
Work with global and regional insights teams to ensure alignment and leverage global research, systems and processes where appropriate
Educate brand and sales teams on leveraging the use of insights with their key stakeholders
Integrate brand and market trends into the innovation ideation process
Inspire Marketing and Sales teams through bringing consumers and shoppers to life, detailing key market trends and environmental factors that may impact channel and marketing plans

Relevant experiences in Consumer & Shopper Research
Demonstrated success in applying data insights to business needs
Being resourceful in solving business questions
Confident presentation skills and ability to influence
Build collaborative relationships across matrix organisations
Advanced Knowledge of Consumer Research Protocols
Knowledge of Statistical Software used for analysing & manipulating consumer data (eg SPSS)
Some experience with brand tracking research
