Key responsibilities:

Requirement gathering and analysis on requirements – infrastructure, network and controls and processes.
Business Analysis of full business requirements and clients’ needs and identifying solutions to non-standard tasks/queries.
Be adept in engaging, collaborating, and communicating with both business and technical peers, and stakeholders.
Be flexible and adapt easily in a dynamic environment where priorities can shift. You have a strong sense of ownership to follow your deliverables through to closure.
Have experience working within an agile scrum team environment and working towards hard deadlines.
Have clear articulation and communication skills, detail oriented and organized in nature.

Skills and Experiences

Strong organisational skills
Stakeholder management skills
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, business administration, or a related field.
At least five years of experience in business analysis, project management, and cloud-based solutions.
Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design and implement innovative solutions that address complex business challenges.
