Interpro are seeking an experienced Android Developer to join a dynamic and growing digital agency based in Melbourne. You’ll be working within a market leading business who provides cutting-edge solutions for their clients.
  
As an Android Developer, you will work closely with a passionate team of designers and developers to create high-quality mobile applications that meet the needs of their clients. You will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining Android applications while ensuring the best possible user experience.
  
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
  • Work with external data sources and APIs
  • Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
  • Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
  
Qualifications:
  • Strong experience in Android app development, bonus points for Jetpack compose experience
  • Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
