Role Description
The successful applicant will have prior experience as a System Administrator, assisting end-users with the deployment, configuration and management of the organisation’s computing services and infrastructure. This role provides support to a variety of services including but not limited to: Office 365 Solutions, helpdesk ticketing, Atlassian product administration, Zoom phone & webinar, printing, finance systems, CRM, calendaring, backups, meeting and video conferencing services.
  
Requirements:
  • Qualifications or demonstrated experience in Information Technology
  • Linux server administration experience
  • Windows server administration experience
  • Experience working with different client operating environments
  • Remote access experience
  • Desktop support experience
  • Application software installation and deployment
  • Network troubleshooting
  • Zoom administration
  • Technical writing
  • Managing and responding to tickets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
