We’re looking for a capable and motivated Power Apps Developer to join a growing technology team delivering modern, user‑focused business solutions. This role is suited to someone who enjoys translating business needs into robust applications, takes pride in clean and efficient solutions, and thrives in collaborative environments.
You’ll play a key role in designing, building, and supporting Power Platform solutions, while also providing technical guidance and ensuring high standards across development and delivery.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Designing and developing Power Apps (canvas and model‑driven) that support core business processes
Implementing Dataverse as the primary data store and ensuring it is structured, secure, and scalable
Designing and configuring Power Automate flows for validation, approvals, workflow automation, and notifications
Migrating data from SharePoint Lists into Dataverse, ensuring minimal disruption and high data quality
Maintaining data integrity, consistency, and governance throughout the application lifecycle
Applying security roles, permissions, and access controls aligned to best practice
Working closely with business users to refine requirements, iterate on solutions, and deliver practical outcomes
Producing clear and maintainable documentation, including:
o Data models and solution designs
o Application configuration details
o Support, maintenance, and handover requirements
Supporting deployment through user training, knowledge transfer, and post‑go‑live hyper‑care
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate
Solid, foundational knowledge of the Microsoft 365 platform
Experience designing solutions within Dataverse, including governance and security considerations
The ability to troubleshoot complex workflows and optimise application and data performance
Consulting‑style skills, including solution architecture design and stakeholder engagement
Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to work across technical and non‑technical teams
