What you’ll do
  • Design and improve secure Salesforce solutions
  • Make sure everything meets security and compliance standards
  • Identify risks and fix them before they grow
  • Work closely with developers, architects, and stakeholders
  • Use tools like Salesforce Shield, IAM, and monitoring tools
  • Support security across the full build → test → release process
  • Investigate incidents and improve controls
Must‑have skills
  • 5+ years in Salesforce architecture (security focus)
  • Strong knowledge of: Roles, profiles, permissions, data sharing, Salesforce Shield, Identity & access (SSO, MFA)
  • Experience in enterprise or regulated environments
  • Experience with Splunk (or similar)
  • Good communication – can explain complex ideas simply
Nice‑to‑have skills
  • DevOps experience (Azure pipelines preferred)
  • Knowledge of other cloud platforms
  • Salesforce or security certifications (CISSP, Architect, etc.)
