The company is a supply chain management and logistics firm, that has a platform that is used by some of the largest Ports in the world. 

They operate in a mostly remote environment, but you must be based in Sydney for when they come together for their team days which happen every 6-8 weeks (or at least be willing to travel to Sydney at your own expense). 

This role is for a Product Support Engineer who will be responsible for the resolution of application and system issues that come up. Using your support skills, you will support every team in the business from Customer Service to Delivery and Development to help act as a mediator for new project releases. 

Main skill sets you have: 
- Application/product Support, L2 minimum (Not desktop)
- Oracle Database Experience
- Strong experience with SQL and Unix Shell queries
- EDI or B2B messaging technologies.
- ITIL Processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills 

This is a permanent role with a start in the next 4-6 weeks. 

- Salary $70-$80K
