In this role, you will be operating as a Capability Engineer responsible to develop Financial Crime Risk Detection and Alerting capabilities, powered by advanced data analytics capability.
You will part of a globally distributed team, with high visibility across a major FCR initiative. As a passionate and flexible Engineer, you will work autonomously as a part of a dynamic and motivated team working in an agile software development environment. This role works closely with Product Owners, Business SMEs, Delivery squads and supporting services (Architecture, Security, testing) to co-ordinate delivery of Business Outcomes and drive overall delivery of business features. Other key attributes that will aid in your success include:
  
  • Provide Subject Matter Expertise in AML/CTF and Sanction screening with deep understanding in Transaction Monitoring and risk case management capabilities
  • Implementing AI and Machine Learning capabilities to fast-track proactive risk monitoring and altering
  • Implement data lineage, data integration and data quality control for FCR Critical data elements
  • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to understand and solve complex problems IN Financial crime space
  
We need you to have: 
  • Deep understanding of Financial Crime Domain and technology suite (Including NICEActimize products but not limited to)
  • Experience working with SQL and data analytics technology
  • Experience working with Devops technology and cloud
  • Basic understanding of Agile delivery principal
  • Desirable to have working knowledge of Java
